Bruce I. Sullivan, CPA, is the audit specialist for the firm and has been in public accounting for more than 30 years. He has been in charge of audits in a variety of industries, government agencies and not-for-profit organizations. In addition to auditing, he has extensive experience in accounting, taxation, and consulting and advisory services.

Bruce has served on the Peer Review Board of the American Institute of Certified Accountants and currently serves on the WVSCPA's Peer Review Task Force. He is often engaged to conduct reviews of other CPA firms and CPA Associations to advise and ascertain their compliance with promulgated audit and accounting standards. Bruce is the past president of the Huntington Chapter of Certified Public Accountants. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the West Virginia Society of Certified Public Accountants.
