Shareholder

Charles "Charlie" D. Webb, MBA, CPA, has extensive experience in tax planning, estate planning and small businesses accounting and auditing.

Charlie has been a Certified Public Accountant for more than 40 years and has been in public practice since 1964. From 1967 to 1999, Charlie served on the faculty of the Accounting Department of the Lewis College of Business at Marshall University where he also served as Department Chairman, as well as the Associate Dean of the College of Business and the Director of Graduate Business Studies. In 1990, he was named Outstanding Accounting Educator by the WV Society of Certified Public Accountants and has received numerous honors from student, business, and accounting groups. For more than 30 years, Webb has conducted continuing professional education programs for the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the WV Society of Certified Public Accountants. He is a past president of the Ohio Valley Accountants Association.

Charlie was recently named an honorary member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). The honorary member certificate is given to CPAs who have been members of the AICPA for 40 years.

Charlie currently serves on the Board of Directors of a Huntington, WV, based International company and on the Board of Directors of a Tennessee Manufacturing Corporation.
